Since 1999, Equinox has been one of Washington D.C.’s premier catering resources; servicing weddings, corporate events, and everything else under the sun and moon. Combining the supreme culinary work of five times James Beard Award-nominated Chef, Todd Gray, and the future-forward vision of events designer, Ellen Kassoff, Equinox Restaurant has redefined the catering space delivering fine dining restaurant quality food that tastes as great as it is ecologically responsible.

Mid-Atlantic & Seasonal

Before corn became a year-round staple and you could (somehow) get a peach in February, food was sourced based on the season. This practice was sustainable, natural, and deeply rooted. We value seasonal food procurement and have applied those principles to our menu. We are devoted to the diversity of our beautiful region and committed to foods grown locally.

Zero-Waste

We believe that it is the responsibility of both the consumer and the purveyor to engage in environmentally ethical dining practices. We use 100% earth-conscious biodegradable disposable products. Equinox Catering strives to be a zero-waste program.
