Since 1999, Equinox has been one of Washington, DC’s premier private dining and catering resources - elevating the standards for fine dining and catering in DC and beyond. Combining the superior culinary work of five-time James Beard Award-nominated Chef Todd Gray, and his partner event designer Ellen Kassoff, together they provide a futuristic vision for Equinox on 19th events.
Our events team specializes in rehearsal dinners, weddings, social and corporate events, and more. We strive to create harmonious celebrations that are sustainable, flexible, and seasonal, adapting to the ever-changing landscape of social gatherings.
The atmosphere at Equinox on 19th evokes a modern brasserie spirit in the heart of the city. The interior boasts a fireplace, a 40-seat bar, two pre-function reception areas, and two private dining rooms. The space has an upscale casual, crisp, modern atmosphere that firmly establishes a city chic decor.
