Chef Gray’s Fall Wine Selection
One True Vine
One True Vine is about food and culture, eating and drinking, people, places, sensations, moments and moods. It is also a wine portfolio crafted by visionary winemaker Jayson Woodbridge. Heralded for this Hundred Acre and Cherry Pie brands, we invite you to enjoy these three new offerings from the One True Vine Portfolio.

Cherry Tart Wines by Cherry Pie
Redefining artisan Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Cherry Tart utilizes the unique taste and flavor profiles of three single vineyards, combined with an artisan micro-fermentation winemaking approach pioneered by Jason Woodbridge.

Cherry Tart Chardonnay 2013

Aromas of raspberry, nutmeg and sandalwood, lifted by floral notes. Silky and delicate up front, with ripe acidity framing the rich, sweet flavors of red berried, red cherry and earth.

Cherry Tart Pinot Noir 2013

This sweet and complex wine is reminiscent of cherries, cinnamon, min and cloves. Pairs with savory flavors such as fennel, curry and walnuts.

If You See Kay Blend 2012

The expression, “if you see kay” originated with Irish author James Joyce’s 1922 masterpiece Ulysses. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot and Primitivo; this wine is inky black, powerful yet creamy, with flavors of crushed blackberry and cassis.
